Acceptance of Terms
By using Klozr's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Klozr provides a lead management and communication platform for home service contractors and their customers.
Service Description
Klozr enables home service contractors to capture leads, schedule appointments, and send automated transactional communications (email and SMS) to their customers. All communications sent through Klozr are transactional in nature and relate directly to requested services.
SMS Messaging Terms
By checking the consent box on a service request form, customers agree to receive transactional SMS messages from the associated service contractor via Klozr. Messages may include: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, on-my-way notifications, and service completion updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
User Responsibilities
Contractors using Klozr agree to use the platform only for legitimate business communications related to home services. Contractors shall not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Limitation of Liability
Klozr provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. Klozr is not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors using the platform. Klozr's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
