Klozr ("we", "our", "us") is a lead management platform for home service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when customers interact with businesses using our platform.

Information We Collect

When a customer submits a service request form, we collect: name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about the requested service. This information is provided voluntarily by the customer and shared with the service contractor to fulfill the service request.

How We Use Information

Customer information is used exclusively for transactional purposes related to the requested service, including: appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders via email and SMS, on-my-way notifications when the contractor is en route, job completion confirmations, and review requests after completed work. We never sell customer data to third parties. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

SMS Communications

Customers who provide their phone number and consent via the opt-in checkbox on our service request forms may receive transactional SMS messages including appointment reminders and on-my-way alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe from all future text messages. Message frequency varies based on service activity.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect customer information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) and secure database storage. Access to customer data is limited to the service contractor associated with the service request.

Data Retention

Customer information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the service relationship. Contractors may delete customer records at any time through the Klozr platform.
